What does Melanvi do?
We find where your team loses hours to repetitive work, design a fix made for your company, build it with the tools you use, and train your team so it sticks.
Who do you work with?
Growing companies of roughly 10 to 200 people: distributors, professional services firms, clinics, real estate agencies, and teams spread across countries.
How is this different from buying software?
Software gives you a tool. We fix the process first, then choose or connect tools only where they clearly pay off. Often the answer uses what you already have.
How much does it cost?
Every project is custom and fixed price, agreed before we start, so there are no hourly surprises. The first 30 minute audit call is free.
How long does it take?
The audit call takes 30 minutes. Mapping your key processes takes 1 to 2 weeks, and most fixes are live within a few weeks after that.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Both. We work with companies worldwide, remotely by default, and on site when being in the room gets us closer to how your team really works.
Which languages do you work in?
English, Spanish, Russian and Arabic. Workshops, documents and training can be in any of them.
Which tools do you work with?
We are tool neutral. Spreadsheets, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, common CRMs and accounting tools, and automation platforms. We use what fits your team.
Is my data safe?
We only access what the work needs, with your permission, and can sign an NDA and a data processing agreement before we start.
What is in the free audit call?
You walk us through a normal week. We point out the biggest time leaks on the call and you keep the notes, whether or not you work with us.
What happens after the project?
Your team runs the new process on its own, with simple guides. If you like, an optional monthly plan keeps improving it and tracks the hours saved.
